HEBEI PROVINCE JING COUNTY JINLI CASTING CO., LTD is a technology-based company integrating casting and machining, and mainly produces nodular iron castings and grey iron castings of various specifications, with the annual productivity of 20,000 tons of castings.

Our company covers an area of 80,000m2 including a building area of 50,000m2, the fixed assets of RMB 90 million, as well as more than 300 employees including 38 managers and technicians. We have kept a long-term cooperative relationship with Hebei University of Technology.
 

Our main production equipment includes one HEIDON FBOⅢ production line, one FDNX production line, one Z148 molding machine circular production line (1,200mm*800mm sand box), more than 50 Z148 and Z145 molding machines, 6 sets of 0.5t intermediate-frequency electric furnaces, 4 sets of 1.5t intermediate-frequency electric furnaces and 3 sets of sand treatment systems which belong to molding equipment, more than 20 core shooting machines, 12 sets of aftertreatment cleaning equipment, 1 set of surface treatment spraying production line, as well as more than 60 pieces of machining equipment including CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, machining centers and so on.

Our company has complete inspection equipment mainly including Germany OBLF GS-1000 direct-reading spectrometers, metallurgical microscopy, hardness testers, universal material testers, stokehole fast analyzers, molding sand laboratories and so on.

Our main products include firefighting pipe fittings, valve parts, automobile parts, etc. Our products are mainly supplied to HYUNDAI, Kubota, Cummins, GE, Siemens and other international well-known companies.
